Build
Execution, testing and control
This phase includes realization of the scope of work, as defined
in the WBS and project schedule. Depending on the services provided,
this could include development, management, quality assurance, internal
reviews, Client reviews, deployment/development of final deliverables
and final acceptance by the Client. To ensure that deliverables
are produced on schedule in a quality manner, and the Client is
continually updated on the project progress, Adroit provides daily,
weekly and monthly status updates where progress reports and meetings
are utilized to maintain control over delivery of the project, and
Client’s comfort and satisfaction.
Rollout to production
After final acceptance, the project deliverables are rolled out
into production.
Production support
and maintenance
Ongoing support is provided to the client, if required. In the
support phase, further enhancements and feature additions may
also be undertaken as per Client’s requirements.
Completion
The Project is completed by providing knowledge transfer and post
delivery support to the Client. A final project completion sign-off
is obtained from the Client in this phase.

Business benefits
With successful project completion, the ultimate goal is to derive
business benefits, faster ROIs and reduce time-to-market, where
applicable.
Consolidation
and Lessons Learnt
All appropriate information is consolidated and reviewed, and
a recap of the project is completed to ensure lessons learnt are
collated and documented in our Project Management knowledge repository.
Pertinent lessons are then rolled back into our procedures, processes,
tools and methodology to ensure continuous improvement of our
delivery practices and performance metrics.
Collaboration
Once our customers realize the value Adroit has to offer, the
relationship matures to a more collaborative and longer-term partnership
where the Client considers Adroit as an extended arm of their
enterprise.
Optional
phase:
Pilot/Prototype development
For projects with deliverables, this phase provides for the development
of sample documents, standardized templates, or proof of concept
to help in proving the approach, technology, and architecture
of the solution proposed.
